Since Kids Health First practices began using software, compliance has risen to 97 percent compared to 80 percent statewide.
First association of private practice pediatricians to independently assess patient satisfaction across all practices in the network. Surveys are done for each practice every two years, and the Quality Management Committee monitors the feedback and works with each practice on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent "Excellent" scores.

A dedicated program is in place to ensure availability of translated materials, translation services and staff fluent in other languages among all of our affiliated practices.
